MAD Festival is easily accessible on foot or by bike, either alone or in combination with another mode of transportation. We have a large bike parking at the entrance of the festival grounds.

Don't have your own bike? 

Use bike-sharing service Velo.
On your ticket you'll find a code which gives you a 40% discount (€3 instead of €5) on a Velo day pass. In de Velo app, choose 'day pass', enter your discount code en pay your order.

The nearest Velo stations are ZNA Cadix (128), Spoor Noord Skatebowl (136), and Cadix Oost (222).

Use bike-sharing service Donkey Republic.
On your ticket, you'll also find a code that gives you a 25% discount on using a Donkey bike. In Antwerp, there are more than 2,000 bikes available at various locations, most of which are electric. Perfect for getting around the city quickly and sustainably!

Find the most suitable train to Antwerp-Central station with the NMBS planner. From Opera metro station (5 min. via Keyserlei), take tram 1 towards P+R Luchtbal to the fourth stop, Ziekenhuis Cadix. 
Travelling from in or around Antwerp? Buslines 60, 61, 62, 64, 70, 72, 601, 642, 719, X64, X70 and X71 all visit the stop Ziekenhuis Cadix. On De Lijn's website, you can plan the complete route from your home address to our festival grounds.

MAD Festival lies within the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in Antwerp, which aims to improve air quality. Check whether your vehicle is allowed or not, and whether you need to register it to avoid a fine.

You can park in the paid parking of ZNA Cadix, a mere one minute walk from the festival hub. Or opt for one of the Park & Rides outside the city center: there you can park for free and avoid the LEZ. Several public transport connections will get you to the festival grounds. 

You can contact the company Antwerp-Tax at 03 238 38 38 and antwerp-tax.be. With the antwerp-tax mobile app, you can easily find, order, and track a taxi. The app is available for free for iPhone and Android.
