In and around Park Spoor Noord, Ell Circo D'ell Fuego organizes an international circus convention during MAD Festival, where young and old, amateur and (semi)pro can practice together, sweat together, and learn together for three days. Experts from all over Europe give workshops, and artists who can be admired on one of MAD's stages in the evening, also share their experience with a new generation of circus performers.

At various locations near ECDF's training hall, acrobats 10 years and older can try out or specialize into a range of disciplines: Flying trapeze, unicycle, Cyr wheel, aerial straps, static trapeze, Chinese pole, aerial hoop, teeterboard, trampoline, slackline, aerial silks, floor acrobatics, German wheel, juggling, physical theater, magic, acro-porté collective, hair hanging, acro dance, diabolo, mini trampoline, handstand, clowning,…

Every convention day you can take three different workshops, and you can choose to immerse yourself in the circus madness for the whole weekend, or conserve your energy to fully shine for just one day.
